From our colleagues at LSU: Is anyone doing any direct mail or email pieces to a large group of their grateful clients?
If so, can you answer the following questions:
- What level of potential giving are you mailing to? $25k+; $50K +?
- Are you mailing to all within that cohort, or segmenting further-# of pets, # of visits, how many years been a client, etc.
- Seeing success?
We have done direct mail and email to clients with varying levels of success, and so are looking for other ideas. Thanks for your help!
